Testimonials

"We met Mark 15 years ago. He has been with our family as a personal trainer and physical therapist weekly for the past 15 years.

Our children and my husband and I have been to him for various injuries, falling off a horse, too much effort on the squash court, tumbling from a stone wall, snowboarding accidents, and the like; and in the meantime he has been an outstanding personal trainer keeping my husband and I in shape. We have sent numerous friends and colleagues to him, all of whom have healed in record time. He knows all the good doctors and is a very good source of referrals for those of us who need surgery.

I recommend Mark every time to help a friend knowing that I am putting them in good, capable, experienced and professional hands."

"I started at Tricare approx 3 years ago after having surgery on my knee for meniscus tear. I had been going to another clinic, but decided to change after being unhappy with the level of care I received there. Right away I noticed a big difference- in my treatment, in the knowledge of my PT, and in my progress. So when I needed surgery this past year for my back, it was an easy decision to trust my rehab to Tricare again. The results have been great, I am grateful to have found such an excellent rehab clinic in Bedford.

The facility is large, the equipment superb, and they do not crowd the office with a lot of patients all at once. I can and do recommend Tricare to both friends and family. If you are looking for an exceptional physical therapy clinic, look no further."

"Physical therapy tables; sophisticated bio-feedback machines; free weights; multiple stretching devices; state-of-the-art cardio equipment; and on and on. All will be found at Tricare Physical Therapy. Each plays a role in healing. Each must be used with precision and full consideration. Mark is the director of Tricare Physical Therapy. And It is Mark who orchestrates this atmosphere of healing.

As I begin compiling my thoughts regarding Mark I am struck by words which repeat in my mind. "Smart." "Professional." "Congenial." "Precise." And perhaps, most of all, he's a caring soul. Genuine.

In other words, Mark is uniquely qualified to be a physical therapist.

With an empathy and sense of human-ness which are not merely commendable, but essential when dealing with painful physical situations, one goes to Mark with a sense of hope that the pain, the discomfort, the lack of mobility, etc. will be lessened, modified....and hopefully, rectified. That the body will be made better, again.

For me, the lower back pain, painful shoulder cramps, chronic tendonitis in elbows and shoulders were the deciding factors for seeking Mark's expertise. He listened, both with his ears and his intuition, and together we devised a plan to address each issue. One by one, over time, the pain lessened, my joints responded successfully and overall flexibility was greatly improved. It took many sessions and much homework, but it did happen.

For me, the proof was immediately recognizable in my mood. Happier. More content. More comfortable. More. Every day.

Mark can't fix the aging process, but he's the right physical therapist for so many of us. He's a pleasure and I do feel fortunate to have met this smart, fully-engaged physical therapist. He's the one with heart."
